SECURE TRANSACTIONS

TRANSACTION PROCESSING

At Headhunters.com, it is important to us that your credit card transaction is safe and secure. Your transaction with us begins on our host's secure (SSL) server. This is your order information and price quote. The information on this server is encrypted ensuring no third party can view the nature of your order. When you are satisfied with your order and proceed to the payment form, you are transferred to CybersSource's secure credit card transaction site, where you fill in sensitive personal information and your credit card number.

CyberSource™ SECURE TRANSACTIONS

To protect your sensitive information, CyberSource utilizes a number of security measures when processing your order:

AVS - Anti-Fraud Manager
Every time a credit card authorization is obtained a verification of the credit card holder and billing address are provided by the card issuing company. This name and address verification or AVS result indicates whether or not the name and billing address input on the order matches the billing address for the credit card.

Flag Orders
Accepts all orders with a valid credit card authorization. Those orders that don't achieve the established criteria are flagged as "AVS Hold". Headhunters.com carefully reviews and researches orders with "AVS Hold" flags before providing services or collecting your funds.

Refuse Orders
Rejects all orders at the point of purchase that don't achieve the established criteria. The customer is asked to provide accurate billing information or another credit card for payment.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

Information sent through this application is secure and uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL1). SSL technology secretly encodes information that is being sent over the Internet between your computer and CyberSource, helping to ensure that the information remains confidential. After you have submitted your information online, we recommend that you end your browser session before leaving your computer.

The use of SSL requires that you have an SSL compatible browser. Currently, Netscape 3.0™ or higher, Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3.0™ or higher, or the latest version of AOL™ are all SSL-compatible. (Note that older versions of browsers will not support SSL sessions.)

HOW CYBERSOURCE™ PROTECTS YOUR ONLINE SECURITY

Keeping financial and personal information about you secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Our systems are protected, so information remains secure.

Computer virus protection detects and prevents computer viruses from entering the bank's computer network systems.

Firewalls block unauthorized access by individuals or networks. Firewalls are one way CyberSource™ protects its computer network systems that interact with the Internet. •Secure transmissions ensure information remains confidential. CyberSource™ uses encryption technology such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) on its Web sites to transmit information between you and the bank. See our list of recommended browsers.

Please note that e-mail sent over the Internet is generally not secure. To send us secure e-mail, you should use CyberSource Contact Us™. Because an Internet e-mail response back to you will not be secure, we will not include confidential account information in an e-mail response. You may also contact us by phone. Sending personal information such as your Social Security number, credit card information or other personal data over the Internet is unsafe if you cannot validate the business reputation of the company and perform transactions on a secure Web site. Before sending private information on the Internet make sure you are using a secured connection.
